Rules for adults

Eighteen or older. Background check. Two references. No solo rooms with a kid. Quiet-room doors stay ajar. Phones stay in pockets on the homework floor.

Shifts are two or three hours. Regular beats heroic. A tutor who comes every Tuesday beats a tutor who comes once with a camera.

This is not a paid family job board. The house does not place nannies. The house does not take a cut. The foundation already paid the lights.
